Framework for YOUR Year

In your 1:1 leadership coaching sessions we will work together to build the foundation necessary to support the development of the positive behaviour and habits of an ALIGNED Founder – CEO.

Months 1 – 3: Purpose and Priorities – Where do you want to go?

You will develop your vision for the next 1-3 years for the company and answer key questions such as, ‘what do you want for you, your business, and your teams in the next year? We will also develop an execution plan because a goal without a plan is just a wish.

Key Milestone:  You are acting based on big picture thinking and feeling proactive.

Months 4 – 6: Performance and Productivity – Blindspot Discovery

Now that you have clarity on what you want for yourself and your company it is time to consider WHO you need to be to execute on this plan and vision. Together we will uncover your blindspots (the areas where you might be getting in your own way) and develop positive habits and systems to support you to become the leader you need to be. We will build your personal efficiency model for a high-performing CEO and Founder.

This part of your development also includes completion of a Kolbe A Index assessment (Instinct Test) which will measure the instinctive ways you take action when you strive.

Key Milestone: You are less distracted, more productive and have CUT your working hours down to a maximum of 40 hours per week (no more waiting until evening to catch up on emails).

Months 7 – 9: Problem Solving – What might get in the way?

Your decisions as a Founder CEO can feel heavy and carry a lot of responsibility. How do you make decisions when you don’t have enough information? How to build up your team to make the right decisions and solve problems? How do you prevent Decision Fatigue?

Together we will build your own personal framework for making ‘executive decisions’ and problem-solving and further build your capabilities as a leader. We will also expand on your emotional intelligence work in MLM™ to manage the impact a leader can have on their team and to build personal resilience.

Key Milestone: You have increased the speed at which you make decisions, decreased your level of fear and uncertainty, and increased the joy and confidence factor in your business and life.

Months 10 – 12: People – Building Your Support Network

A key factor in growing a company and fostering your own resilience is making sure you have a strong network of support. This could be a finding a mentor, creating a board of advisors for your company, or adding more entrepreneurs and CEOs to your network.

Together we will consider what people you need to help you position yourself and company for growth.

Key Milestone: You have a trusted network of colleagues with whom you can be vulnerable, leading to greater personal resilience and are not feeling as isolated as an entrepreneur.
