We have two group programs for Managers based on where you are on your leadership journey.

Managing Made Easy™

The ideal program for first-time managers who were promoted based on skill and must develop their people-leadership skills. Emerging leaders will learn how to work more effectively with their direct reports, build the capacity to handle increasing levels of responsibility, and improve communication and delegation skills.

Middle-Management Maximizer™

For Middle and Experienced Managers who have mastered basic management skills and now require advanced leadership skills to execute on strategy and build high-functioning teams. The focus of this program is to help middle managers understand how to lead multiple teams that are aligned with organizational goals and vision and build strategic relationships to move goals forward all while managing competing priorities. This program will also fill any gaps preventing experienced middle managers from moving into senior or Executive leadership roles.
